<p>Ogólnnopolski Studencki Festiwal Podróży Kormorany is a fun travel event held in Olsztyn since 2011. Kortowo – olsztynskhe university town is the perfect place to integrate the travelingóming student fraternity from all over Poland. In addition to inspiring those whoóve been exploring the world with their finger on the map to embark on the adventure of traveling, it is the integration and exchange of experiences that is the mainóve goal of the event. Every year, the Festival features more than a dozen tales of fascinating travelós to different corners of the world. The shows are enriched with interesting photos, whichóre the audience can admire on a large screen in one of the university's auditoriums. Admission to all shows is free.</p> <p>As part of the Festival, a contest is being held for the most interesting student expedition of the past year. The first edition was won by Jakub Rybicki for his show „Afghanistan – fun with weapons”. Pós presentation of this expedition was also awarded at other festivals, including in Laziska Górne (Laziska Górski Festival „Pod Górę”) and Poznań (Śladami Marzeń). In 2012, the Kormoran went to Karol and Wojtek Lewandowski, twórcsóof the Bus Through the World project, and the „Lenovo East Trip”. The winner of the third edition was Malgorzata Szumska - the first time Kormoran went to a girl! Gosia for her presentation „Green dress” oprócz Kormoran also received the Fourth Element award (the Three Elements festival in Bolkow) and took second place at the Traces of Dreams Festival in Poznan. Later in 2014, Gosia's book describing this journeyóy is due to be published. The fourth edition of Kormoranós in 2014 was won by Tomasz Labus, presenting a podróż „Śladami Filipińskiej pasji”. This was his second participation in the Cormorants, a year earlier Tomek talked in Olsztyn about a podróve on the Indochina Pólisland, which he also carried out as part of his project „In the footsteps of dreams”.</p> <p>Operón studentsóat the Festival, invited guests also talk about their expeditions. In 2014, Kormoranós special guest was Michal Obrycki, a participant in the expedition „Nanga Dream. Justice for all 2013/14”.</p> <p>We are waiting for student expedition entries to the competition until the end of March.
