Mount St. Anne is considered one of the best vantage points. The value of the vantage point on Mount St. Anne was appreciated as early as the second half of the 19th century. According to accountsIn 1882, a pavilion was erected here, and a 5-meter-high wooden platform was built next to it, from which the panoramic views could be enjoyed. In 1906, this platform was necessarily reduced in size, but at that time the idea of building a brick observation tower was floated. Through the efforts of Carl Ferche, then chairman of the Nowa Ruda section of the Klodzko Mountain Society, the tower was built and put into use in 1911. The height of the tower is 14 meters. Currently the tower is being renovated, and will soon be available for tourists.
