Mragowo is well known in Poland and abroad for the "Piknik Country" Country Music Festivals, which have been organized for more than 25 years. They attract every year, at the turn of July and Augustnia, crowds of lovers of this type of music, the traditions of the "wild west" and those who want to experience the unique atmosphere prevailing in the city. For many years the city authorities and festival organizers have been thinking about the possibility of "keeping" festival guests in Mragowo for a longer period of time, while making their stay more attractive and offering unique attractions. Thus was born the idea of building a western town, promoting country music, expanding the idea of the Picnics and offering a wide range of recreational and cultural programs. Mrongoville is to be a replica of a typical Wild West western town from the second half of the 19th century.
