Gothic, wooden, log structure; probably dates from the end of the 15th century or 1563. According to tradition, it was founded by King Sigismund Augustus. In 1569 it was rebuilt.built. In 1791, Kazimierz Brodzinski - the prerkurskor of Polish Romanticism - was baptized there. In 1986 it was moved beam by beam from Królówki to Rozdziela. The furnishings are mostly contemporary, as the old ones have not survived. The neo-Gothic altar in the side chapel dates from the 17th century; the Baroque main altar is a copy of the one in this church. Other furnishings include Baroque-folk Stations of the Passion from the 17th century, an 18th century confessional where Karol Wojtyla, later pope, confessed twice, a reconstructed baptismal font from 1540 and a stoup. The church is located on the Małopolska Trail of Wooden Architecture and by the Beskid Way of St. James, and is also listed as a historical monument.
