Currently, the south wing, which has been renovated, is home to the Sztum Cultural Center, which takes care of the castle. An International Youth Exchange Center operates at the center. The Sztum Cultural Center organizes historical, ethnographic and collecting exhibitions promoting the history of the town and region, as well as other local events such as the Prison Art Review, Sztum Land Days, Horse Day, etc. There is also the Brotherhood of Knights of the Sztum Land at the castle, which organizes knightly tournaments and fighting shows, thus presenting the town's history.
