There are places on the map of Poland to which one returns. The Mrozy commune is one of them.... Picturesque, unspoiled places. Here time runs slower, more peaceful. I recommend allstki busy, busy people. If you're a fan of the TV series "The Ranch," you must visit the village of Jeruzal, where you'll find the TV series' church, rectory, market, store and the now iconic bench. In Mrozy itself you can see a beautiful promenade, and on weekends there is a regular horse-drawn streetcar, the only one in Poland - on Saturdays from 15:00 - 20:00 (last run at 19:00) and on Sundays from 12:00 - 20:00 (last run at 19:00). Departures from Mrozow towards Rudka every hour. Not only that! Throughout the municipality there are more than 300 objects listed in the register of monuments. They consist of buildings of brick and wooden architecture - primarily residential houses and religious buildings, individual monuments, roadside crosses and shrines, cemeteries, commemorative stones and archaeological sites. Many of them are preserved in very good condition, some have been restored, and others are included in the renewal plans of individual villages. The municipality of Mrozy is located in the eastern part of the Mazovian Voivodeship in Minsk County. It borders with the following municipalities: the municipality of Cegłów to the west, the municipality of Kaluszyn to the north, the municipality of Kotuń to the east, the municipality of Wodynie to the southeast and the municipality of Latowicz to the southwest. The seat of the Municipality is located in the village of Mrozy, which, due to its convenient location, is the largest place of population concentration, investment activities and the central socio-economic and cultural center of the entire Municipality. The village of Mrozy is 58 km from the center of Warsaw and 38 km from Siedlce. The Municipality includes the following villages: Borki, Choszcze, Dąbrowa, Dębowce, Gójszcz, Grodzisk, Guzew, Jeruzal, Kołacz, Kruki, Kuflew, Lipiny, Lubomin, Łukówiec, Mała Wieś, Mrozy, Natolin, Płomieniec, Porzewnica, Rudka, Rudka - Sanatorium, Skruda, Sokolnik, Topor, Trojanów, Wola Paprotnia, Wola Rafałowska. The municipality of Mrozy covers an area of 145 square kilometers (14489 hectares to be exact), which places it among the medium-sized municipalities. In the Minsk district, in terms of area, it is the largest municipality. The Mrozy municipality has a favorable location in relation to many municipalities in Poland. This consists of its distance from major cities (Warsaw, Minsk, Mazowiecki, Siedlce), a railroad line of very high national and international importance and proximity to national road No. 2.
