Marina and beach in Miedzywodzie Miedzywodzie is a small holiday resort located in Dziwnów municipality, Kamień County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Atracational location by the Baltic Sea and the Kamienski Lagoon on the island of Wolin, makes the sea resort visited by many vacationers, tourists and patients. The village, located among ancient beech and oak forests, is distinguished by its outstanding scenic qualities. Miedzywodzie is an intimate resort town, where there are many recreational, colony and rehabilitation centers. The most perceived advantages of the town are the wide and sandy beach, the wonderful microclimate and biking and hiking trails. Nearby is Wolin National Park, which allows contact with nature. Miedzywodzie's location means that the sea water here is warmer than in other areas of the coast. The beach is accessed through medium-sized dunes, and there is a special exit for the disabled in the western part. The beach is quite wide and clean. Not far from the main exit to the beach is a disco-bar complex, which is expanding every year. Beach lovers will find clean beaches by clear waters. Followers of relaxation and fishing, as well as amateurs of water sports, can enjoy the waters of Kamien Bay here. For cyclists there is a bicycle and pedestrian path, much of which follows the existing red tourist trail, the length of the path is 27.5 km. The tourist attractiveness of the locality makes it possible to practice active forms of recreation. While resting in Miedzywodzie, it is worthwhile to go to nearby towns: Dziwnów, which organizes regattas and the Festival of Stars of Sports, and also invites you to equestrian centers. Miedzyzdroje, where the Star Festival takes place in the first week of July. Wolin invites visitors to archaeological sites and the Viking Festival, which takes place in early August. Kamień Pomorski offers organ concerts throughout the season as part of the Music Festival. Golf enthusiasts are invited to Lukecin, where there is a golf course. The harbor goes a few dozen meters into the Kamienski Lagoon. One gets there via an old cobblestone street. You can enjoy the view from the marina while sitting on concrete and wooden benches. From there you can see the lagoon in all its splendor. Yachts and sailboats dock here during the season, but the marina also serves the boats of fishermen, whose base can be seen nearby. The freshest raw fish in Miedzywodzie are sold at the wharf. The marina is by far the most charming place in Miedzywodzie.
