worth seeing, unfortunately only 4 due to guides who are not prepared to work with children, and there are a lot of them there during the school tour season (May - Junerally) (the guides are just boring, talking something about retrenchments and other things that middle or high school students learn about, not elementary school)
08.10.2011Super place where you can see a rich array of stalactites and stalagmites. The views are unforgettable. Just have to remember to make a reservation. I was late and had to wait itwait until a seat becomes available
30.08.2011Beautiful, worth a visit, including with a child.
09.03.2011I was there today and will be back again sometime.Revelation for the city dweller and a great complement after visiting the cellars in Sandomierz. Just getting to the cave from the parking lot (localPTTK branch rips the skin off!) is a wonderful walk along the mountain stream and rock walls.Take a jacket with you, because it's chilly and go to see what the land looks like inside.
06.04.2010I highly recommend it, simply something beautiful. It is breathtaking and you can - unlike, for example, Paradise Cave - take pictures. For an extra charge, of course. Sightseeing in winter -.you should go 1-1.5h earlier than you originally expected. Access on snow-covered roads is terrible, with the last parking lot 1.2km from the cave. Continue on foot uphill. About 20-40min walk, depends on your pace. At the site you can drink hot coffee, eat soup while waiting to enter, so it is better early than late, because the reservation is lost and.... tourist instead of in the cave is in the d.u m. as Stanislawangelo used to say. Sightseeing in winter has the advantage that you don't have to dress up specially, it's cool in the cave.
23.03.2010In October 1966, during marble exploration at the Kletno III quarry, an opening leading to one of the chambers of the Bear Cave was discovered. Scientists have penetrated so fard about 3km of corridors in three floors connected by chimneys. In the lower floor there is a huge Champagne Hall, which reaches a height of 45m! The corridors of the cave have rich flowstone cover. The spectacular stalactites, stalagmites, draperies and necrotic bowls found here are considered the most beautiful in Poland. Plenty of animal bones have been found in the siltation of the corridors. The vast majority of them are the remains of the cave bear, after which the cave is named. In 1983. Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia was opened to tourists.
