The sundial is one of the most interesting elements of the new face of the center. It is unique because it indicates summer and winter time. The design of the sundial consists ofand on the fact that the horizontal plane indicates daylight saving time, while vertical blocks of different heights, set on the circumference of the circle, show winter time. The plane of the clock also marks the distances to the twin cities. In the center of the clock is the inscription "With my shadow I measure time".
