    The Royal Route is an attraction for tourists visiting Gniezno. The walking route, along which are sculptures of rabbits, referring to the most important moments and figures of theOf the history of the city. The route includes statues of the first 5 kings of Poland, characters from 2 Piast legends, 4 educational mockups, as well as 8 information boards and 3 interactive info kiosks. The route connects the most interesting monuments and places in Gniezno, thanks to which tourists will reach not only the beautiful cathedral, but also less frequently visited: the churches of St. John the Baptist and St. Lawrence, the City Park, the former Prussian barracks and Art Nouveau townhouses located in the city center. To learn more about the history of these places, reach for the free guidebook, which is available at the Tourist Information Center. For those with smartphones, an app called "Rabbit Chase" has been prepared. Thanks to it, walking the trail is also an educational city game, for people of all ages.
