An island in Gdansk, located in the mouth of the Vistula River. The northern part of the island is covered with forest, there are also sand dunes, while the southern part is forestless and flat. The island is a habitatisk of birds, more than 300 species have been counted here. Two reserves are located here: the Bird Paradise and Mewia Łacha. There are 2 lakes on the island: Karaś and Bird Paradise.
