The church of St. The Sacred Heart of Jesus Church was built in 1901-1902, and is noteworthy mainly for the beautiful old stained glass window in the chancel. The temple is subject to the parish of the fathers of frThe Franciscans, whose magnificent monastery stands nearby. The church suffered "war wounds" on May 10, 1945. Stationed in the monastery, a unit of Latvian cavalry in German service, fleeing towards Bohemia, wanted to distract the Soviet Army entering Duszniki. Ammunition was then detonated in the walking hall. The result of the explosion was, among other things, the destruction of the church tower and windows with beautiful stained glass windows. The damage was repaired within a year, and today the additions can be recognized by the different color of the bricks.
