08.02.2016I highly recommend ... these beautiful themed gardens
08.02.2016I discovered Hortulus only recently, two years ago, but I fell in love with the place immediately. I'm already looking forward to seeing the tulips that M wrote about start blooming there.elyna in her comment. I am not a special connoisseur of art, but for me these gardens are real art. I didn't even know there was such a beautiful place so close to the sea. I have a great rest here. I wish I had my own garden, because they have so many plants here at the garden center. I always buy something there as a gift for my family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
12.04.2010Place very charming and interesting. Great idea "for themselves" of the owners of the garden - they combined pleasant with useful;-) and many ideas for visitors. Rzetelne information from the garden guides. However, I missed the additional infrastructure. The only bar that is there somewhat deters with its prices and entourage' m. The store could use some expansion because the amount of goods does not go hand in hand with their presentation. Overall - positive impressions and a nice trip;-) You can even take your favorite book and indulge in sweet relaxation among the flowers and fragrances. I recommend!
Alicia - 23.09.2009A unique place perfect for a family outing. An abundance of plants,colors...regardless of the season. Great inspiration for creating your own garden. And at the turn of theApril and May a staggering number of beautifully blooming tulips in all possible forms and colors. I highly recommend ...
Melyna - 28.03.2009The Hortulus Theme Gardens in Dobrzyca near Koszalin are the only theme gardens in Poland open to the public. Their area covers about 5 hectares. Ogrody are divided by style: including Japanese garden, French garden, rock garden, English-style gardens and many others. It's worth visiting these gardens before you plan to plant your garden, as not only will you be inspired by the wonderful compositions, but you can also purchase many species of uncommon plants and interesting items for arranging your garden or patio. During the season, the Dyer Café, which serves grilled dishes, as well as coffees and desserts, is available to visitors. A big plus is that not only adults will find something for themselves here, there are also plenty of attractions for children (including a playground, Baba Yaga with the Gingerbread Cottage and Hortulus with the Hortulana). The Hortulus-secrets-of-the-gardens guidebook and the Hortulus-dream-gardens book can be purchased on site. The Gardens' website (www.hortulus.com.pl) has an extensive gallery, and a map for easy access
