  • Człuchowska Gate, also formerly known as Kamienna Gate, was one of three entrance gates once leading into the city. It was built in the first half of the 14th century. From 1618 toof the late 19th century served as a prison, and then until 1945 served as the bell tower of the Holy Spirit and Holy Trinity churches. Between 1952 and 1960, the interior was rebuilt and the exhibition halls were arranged, opened to the public in 1962. Currently, there are permanent exhibition halls and a temporary exhibition hall. The Crow Tower was used as a prison in the past. It was restored in 1974. It currently houses administrative premises. The Shevskaya Tower was repeatedly destroyed, so it lost its original appearance. It was rebuilt by the museum in 1983-1984, and now houses the museum library with a reading room. The Shoemaker's House was rebuilt by the museum in 1979, preserving parts of the former tower. It now houses the collection's storerooms. The House on the Walls was used for residential purposes since the 1960s. In 1985 it was purchased by the museum from private hands. The reconstruction project was in keeping with the character of the other buildings on the ramparts. Since 1988 it has housed the museum's studios. The Crow's Foot was rebuilt by the museum in 1980. From 1980 to 1984 it housed temporary exhibition rooms, and since 1984 it has housed the Gallery of Contemporary Polish Art.
