The castle looks very beautiful in autumn scenery, the walls of the castle and the surrounding walls overgrown with ivy shimmer in yellows and reds. A characteristic element of the castle is a tower with a prow, which zostood erected on an herbaceous rock. Its lower part houses a former hunger dungeon. It is worth stopping in Bolkow and spending a while among the old walls of one of the most powerful fortresses, which are over 700 years old.
