If someone does not have too much strength to scratch uphill, or has small children who do not yet climb to such heights, I recommend the cable car. The views are beautiful, and at dthe fair wind swings the gondola a bit from side to side :-) 7zł for parking, although it seems expensive, it still comes out cheaper than a fine, because every now and then a police patrol checks if someone wants to get a car near the queue despite a clear sign prohibiting all vehicles.
